Violating these terms including unauthorized purchases by restricted parties will result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund. We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent or deceptive purchases.
While Nexus utilizes advanced technology, the risk is always present based on user behavior. Blatantly "raging" or showing off features may result in manual bans. We are not responsible for any bans or account restrictions. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
